When doing exercise or sports, it is important to notice your body signals. For example you breathe heavier or your muscles hurt. These are normal responses from your body, it shows your doing the appropriate exercise . But not always the body will react fast, you must know your body and the limitations. Every body works differently, from athletes, children and adults.

- Next time you do any type of exercise, like running or swimming your muscles will accelerate. As you use your muscles the body will begin to make demands, the first action your body will show is breathing heavy. In other to continue doing exercise your body needs oxygen. If you become exhausted and keep doing exercise it will affect your hearth, nervous system, blood vessels, etc.
- Another action your body will show is exhaustion, if you notice your body isn't getting enough oxygen, sore muscles, can't stand up straight or just can't walk, then you must stop immediately. Do not push yourself, the best option is to let the body rest and re-oxygen again.
- Just cause you want to lose weight it doesn't means you will risk your health. Know your body type, according to the magazine Women's Health there's 4 different body types: pear, straight, curvy and athletic. Start a research and know what types of exercise suits your body.
- Start simple. When it comes to new exercise routine is best to start simple, try aerobics or yoga. Once your body has adapt and accomplish the basics, move progressively towards a more difficult exercise.

To know your body and limit you can start by recognizing what type of body shade you have.
- Pear body: the pear body is wider at the bottom. Is recommended for a pear shape body to tone the arms and shoulders.
- Straight body: your body is straight and with a few curves. A friendly exercise routine that tones the waist and glutes is the best option for this body type.
- Curvy body: curvy bodies must tone the arms and legs. This type of body is larger than the pear.
- Athletic body: this type of body has narrow hips and strong shoulders. Best exercise are the ones that tones your butt and legs.
